Guaranteed Service


We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service and all our work is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of your clean please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area without charge.

Please note that complaints received after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned. If we feel that the windows have been affected after we cleaned a charge maybe incurred.


Reliability


We work hard to be as reliable as possible for our customers so we appreciate the customer being reliable too.

We reserve the right to charge you the full price if you turn us away or cancel on the day of the clean as it is too late for us to replace your clean with another. If we are unable to access all your windows due to locked gates etc, we will clean what is accessible and adjust the price accordingly, however if access is restricted on a regular basis, we reserve the right to charge the full clean price and assess suitability to remain on our round.


What can I expect


Our pure water cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows, if you have builders residue (e.g. plaster, concrete and paint etc.) stickers or adhesive, staining/discolouration on windows or frames from chemicals or rust and UV bleaching of frames on your windows, pure water will not be effective at removing these, please notify us when we call to arrange your first clean.


Confidentiality


All customer information is kept on a confidential database and is not discussed or shared with any individual or company


Payments


New clients joining our round are required to pay via our direct debit system Go-cardless which can be set up on our payments page. Payments are then automatically collected 3-5 days after each clean.
